Founder of a Silicon Valley AI medical imaging company and previously an executive in finance, clean energy and aviation, Wei-En has over a decade of leadership experience in business development, operations and market strategy. She attended and holds Ph.D, Master and Bachelor degrees in Economics, Math, French/Comparative Literature and Political Science from, Stanford, Cornell and Harvard universities. Wei-En is a FAA-certified commercial pilot, an aerobatic pilot who loves inverted flight, as well as a flight instructor. She was born in Singapore, and has lived many years in France and Italy. She speaks four languages fluently and moved to the United States when she was sixteen to attend college early.

An otolarynologist surgeon at Cornell Weill Medical in New York City, Anaïs was trained at Stanford University and obtained her medical degree at McGill University. Despite the many hours spent in the operating room, she remains dedicated to the study of philosophy, especially epistemology. She studied German philosophy at Harvard University and completed an MPhil in history and philosophy of science at Cambridge University. She is a passionate supporter of the humanities, social justice and global health. She has a mixed French and Iranian background, and has lived in Paris, Montréal, London, NYC, Boston and the Bay Area.

Mark is currently head of content at Sendbird, a Silicon Valley marketing company. Previously, Mark was a web developer and content manager at Atlassian, and has created a career in digital and web content. He was also previously an editor and copywriter based in Melbourne, Australia. He has worked across a range of industries, including energy technology, software and financial services. Mark holds a Master of Publishing and Communications from the University of Melbourne. Prior to this he completed an honors degree in philosophy. Mark has lived in Australia and New York, and has traveled extensively around the world. An Australian-American, Mark is passionate about art and globalization.

Martha Rodriguez Clavell, J.D.

Martha was born in Havana, Cuba, and is the youngest board member of the ACLU in Miami. She is the founder and partner of an immigration law firm, MMR Law Group. She graduated from New World School of the Arts and the University of Miami and lived in Buenos Aires, Geneva and Chamonix before obtaining her JD with a certificate in International Law from Pace University in New York. Martha has worked at the United Nations, at Airbnb doing community outreach in Cuba, in Atlantic Records and BMG Chrysalis, and as a marketing manager and legal specialist at fintech and energy start ups.

Jorge Marin

Jorge is a historian of U.S. foreign policy, a writer, and an occasional art dealer. He has a B.A. from the University of Chicago and was a Ph.D. candidate in American History at Cornell University. Jorge grew up between San Juan, Puerto Rico and south Florida, and has a love of professional basketball that is only matched by his love of history. He is currently a freelance editor, consultant, and among other things, Social Media Manager for Riding Up Front.

Latasha James is a social media professional living in Detroit, Michigan. She has worked with a number of organizations and non-profits including The Kalamazoo Promise and tech start-up Octoly. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University, where she earned degrees in Film, Video, & Media Studies and Political Science. Latasha is passionate about diversity, social justice, social media, and the city of Detroit. She runs a lifestyle blog at ajourneyeast.com.
